My leg get injured today in school...

What was happen today is?? My leg get sprained when recess time..... My friend was asking me to follow him go for a sports... for a High Jump for around 100CM.. after i was jump.. My leg was step on top the cushion and when i walk down from the cushion.. my leg suddenly get loose from my shoes... and get sprained... this is wat happen to me today.... and some personal things too... about me N my 'friend'... dun wanna talk about it....
